Situated in the quiet, leafy eastern side of Hatfield, close to Pretoria's vibrant student hub, the Village is the ideal location to reach major landmarks in Pretoria, such as -
Universities: Within walking distance from the University of Pretoria, and 10 minutes away from UNISA, the CSIR and the Innovation Hub.
Sporting facilities: Bordering on LC de Villiers and the High Performance Centre of the University of Pretoria, minutes away from Loftus.
Hospitals: A few minutes away from the Urological Hospital, Eye Institute, Heart Hospital and Little Company of Mary.
Restaurants and nightlife: Hatfield is a hive of activity during the day and at night, with restaurants, clubs, pubs; the lively heart of the city where the young and young-at-heart meet.
Highways and byways: The N1 highway, linking Pretoria to Johannesburg to the south and Mpumalanga and the Limpopo provinces to the east and north, is a few minutes' drive away and a trip to or from OR Tambo International Airport will take approximately half an hour. We are less than 5 min walking distance from the Gautrain station.

Our unique layout enables us to accommodate groups of about 34 and is ideal for sports groups attending programs at the HPC. (High Performance Centre)
Guests can relax at the 2 swimming pools on the property or take a breather in our tranquil gardens.
An English breakfast is provided in a well appointed dining area. The dining room can seat 30+ guests and can also be used for conferences.
All the accommodation facilities are equipped with television sets, microwave ovens, fridges and tea & coffee facilities.

The Village in Hatfield offers secure parking, security fencing and a night watchman for peace of mind.

Deposit & Payment Procedures A deposit of 50% is required to guarantee your reservation. The outstanding amount should be paid before or on the day of arrival. Cancellation Policy The 50% deposit is non refundable, however, this can be changed at the owner's discretion. Child Policy Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 12, sharing a room with a parent will not be charged for accommodation. This is limited to 1 child per room unless a family unit has been reserved. |

Terms & Conditions
- The property (you) must offer the 15% saving to all verified members
- Verification is done automatically at the time of an enquiry. It is at the property’s discretion whether to offer the saving for a telephonic enquiry. (As you have no means to verify the membership number, it is advisable to get them to do a formal enquiry so they can be verified).
- If the property is currently running a "Special" greater than 15% then the "Special" price will apply. (No further savings needs to be offered). EXCEPT in the case where the "Special" is lower than 15%. In that case the 15% will apply.
Example: A property offering a 10% discount, must offer an additional 5% discount to valid members - so they get a total 15% saving. - The property must offer valid members the saving all year round. (Properties that pick and chose in which seasons to participate run the risk of being removed from the programme completely. Allowing selective participation defeats the integrity of this initiative).
- The property must not inflate the price before the 15% is applied. Prices displayed should be the rack rate. (The official or advertised price of a room).
- The property must honour any bookings made while the property was participating as a $elect Stays property.
- The property must honour the agreement and the spirit in which the initiative is designed to benefit local tourism.
