Gratia Cottage offers 2 generously appointed self-catering cottages located in the Pretoria suburb of Waverley in Tshwane.
The sunny and spacious cottages can sleep up to six/seven guests and exudes a homely appeal. The kitchen is fully equipped with a four-plate stove, oven, microwave and fridge-freezer. All kitchen utensils are supplied for your convenience. The living area is open-plan and features a dining area with a dining table, and a lounge. The lounge comes with a TV offering full DStv access. There is a braai area and a heated pool which can be used on request. Cleaning materials are provided, but a cleaner can be hired at an extra cost. Safe parking is provided for your peace of mind.
We are situated only 3km from the N1, providing easy access to the following: N4 leading to Sun City, the popular Irene market in Irene, Menlyn shopping centre, Kollonade shopping centre, The Carousel, hotel and entertainment centre and much more.
We provide safe parking on the premises.
We are situated close to: Lewende Woord Brummeria University of Pretoria, Various shopping centers eg Menlyn and Kollonade State theatre, Loftus. Also near to the following hospitals: Moot Hospital, Eugene Marais, Pta Academic, Meulmed, Femina Clinic.
Cleaning and laundry facilities available at extra cost.

Terms & Conditions
- The property (you) must offer the 15% saving to all verified members
- Verification is done automatically at the time of an enquiry. It is at the property’s discretion whether to offer the saving for a telephonic enquiry. (As you have no means to verify the membership number, it is advisable to get them to do a formal enquiry so they can be verified).
- If the property is currently running a "Special" greater than 15% then the "Special" price will apply. (No further savings needs to be offered). EXCEPT in the case where the "Special" is lower than 15%. In that case the 15% will apply.
Example: A property offering a 10% discount, must offer an additional 5% discount to valid members - so they get a total 15% saving. - The property must offer valid members the saving all year round. (Properties that pick and chose in which seasons to participate run the risk of being removed from the programme completely. Allowing selective participation defeats the integrity of this initiative).
- The property must not inflate the price before the 15% is applied. Prices displayed should be the rack rate. (The official or advertised price of a room).
- The property must honour any bookings made while the property was participating as a $elect Stays property.
- The property must honour the agreement and the spirit in which the initiative is designed to benefit local tourism.
